Question: Why am I not getting call or message notifications on the V-Fitness Kids Smart Watch?

If the watch has no message or call reminders, check the following:

 

1. Make sure your phone has granted all required permissions to the VeryFit app.
2. Open the VeryFit app.
3. Go to the Watch Settings tab.
4. Enable the relevant app notification options.
5. Keep the watch connected to the phone through the VeryFit app.

 

The watch can receive call notifications and message notifications from a paired phone. It can reject calls, but it does not answer calls, make independent phone calls or send text messages independently.

 

This applies to the V-Fitness Kids Smart Watch with Apple Find My.
