If your mobile phone cannot connect to the watch, try these steps:
1. Pair the watch using the VeryFit app only.
2. Do not pair the watch directly through your phone Bluetooth settings.
3. Update the VeryFit app to the latest version.
4. Quit all apps on your phone.
5. Disable Bluetooth, then enable Bluetooth again.
6. Reconnect using the VeryFit app only.
For the strongest Bluetooth connection, keep the phone and watch close together. The maximum Bluetooth range is 10m, but keeping the phone and watch within 7m is recommended. Shielding between the watch and phone, other devices and metal jewellery can affect the connection.
