The watch offers basic water protection, but it is not fully waterproof.

Do not expose the watch to:
- Hot water
- Swimming pools or salt water
- Soap or shampoo
- High-pressure water
- Chemicals

For safe daily wear:
1. Wear the watch snug but comfortable on the wrist.
2. Make sure the back of the watch touches the skin.
3. Do not wear the watch too tight.
4. Remove the watch for about one hour each day to allow the skin to rest.
5. If the skin becomes red, itchy or irritated, remove the watch, keep the wrist clean and dry, and allow the skin to rest before wearing it again.
6. If irritation continues for more than 2 to 3 days, stop using the watch and speak to a doctor.
