If the Laser Retro Handheld Game Console does not show a picture on the TV:

1. Check that the AV cable is fully connected and the plug colours match the inputs.

2. If using the AV-to-HDMI adapter, make sure the adapter has USB power.

3. Check that the HDMI cable is fully connected.

4. Set the TV to the correct HDMI input. If using direct AV, select the correct AV input instead.

If the handheld screen goes blank after connecting to the TV, that is normal during TV output.
