Question: Why will my Laser Digital Calendar not connect to Wi-Fi?

If the Laser 15.6 Inch Digital Calendar with Touch Screen White will not connect to Wi-Fi, check the following:


1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

2. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password.

3. Check that your router is working.

4. Make sure the calendar is connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.


This device supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. It does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.


If Wi-Fi has been reset in Settings, the device may restart automatically. This is normal behaviour. Wait for the device to reboot, then reconnect to Wi-Fi.
