Try these steps:
1. Check that the monitor is receiving power.
2. Confirm the correct input source is selected.
3. Make sure all cables are fully inserted.
4. If using USB-C, confirm the connected port and cable support video.
5. If using Mini HDMI, connect separate USB-C power to the monitor.
6. Try another compatible cable or power source.
7. Disconnect the cables, wait 10 seconds and reconnect them.
8. Restart the monitor and connected device.
The Laser Precision 14 Inch USB-C Portable Monitor for Laptop will not show an image if the wrong input is selected or if the connected USB-C port does not support video output.
