Question: Why is there no picture when I connect the monitor by USB-C?

Check the following:
1. Confirm the connected device USB-C port supports video output.
2. Make sure the USB-C cable supports video, not charging only.
3. Select the correct USB-C input source on the monitor.
4. Connect a separate USB-C power source if the device is not supplying enough power.
5. Disconnect the cable, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect it.
6. Restart both the monitor and the connected device.
The Laser Precision 14 Inch USB-C Portable Monitor for Laptop requires a compatible video-capable USB-C connection. A charging-only USB-C port or cable will not display an image.
