Question: Why is there no sound from my Laser 2.1CH Soundbar?

If there is no sound from the Laser 2.1CH TV Soundbar with Wired Subwoofer, check the following:


1. Make sure the soundbar is powered on.

2. Check that the correct input mode is selected.

3. Make sure the sound is not muted.

4. Increase the volume using the remote or side panel controls.

5. If using HDMI ARC, make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the TV HDMI port labelled ARC.

6. Check your TV audio output setting and select HDMI ARC, External Speaker or Audio System.

7. If using AUX, check that the AUX cable is connected to the AUX-IN port on the soundbar and the headphone output on the TV or audio device.

8. Restart the TV and soundbar if the connection still does not work.


For HDMI ARC, many TVs require HDMI CEC to be turned on before sound will pass through the soundbar.
