Question: How do I troubleshoot my Laser Wireless CarPlay Dongle?

Follow the basic setup checks:

  1. Turn Bluetooth and Wi Fi off on your phone, then turn them back on.

  2. Unplug the dongle, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

  3. Make sure the phone is not already connected to another CarPlay unit or Bluetooth device.

  4. Restart your phone and your car’s infotainment system.

If the issue continues:

  1. Forget the dongle from your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi Fi settings.

  2. Remove saved CarPlay or Android Auto devices from the car.

  3. Start a fresh pairing.

  4. Keep the phone unlocked and avoid leaving the app while pairing.

You can also test:

  • A different supported phone

  • Another USB port inside the same car

  • The dongle in another CarPlay compatible vehicle
