Question: Why is my Laser Wireless CarPlay Dongle stuck during pairing?
Answer:
If the dongle shows endless loading or the CarPlay icon never appears, pairing is not completing.
Model reference: NAVC-WD25-649 and NAVC-WD25N656.
Follow these steps:
On your phone, forget the dongle in both Bluetooth and Wi Fi settings.
On the car screen, remove any saved CarPlay or Android Auto entries.
Start a fresh pairing and wait for the car to prompt you to connect.
Keep your phone unlocked during pairing and do not leave the app.
