Question: Why does my Laser Wireless CarPlay Dongle keep disconnecting or work only after unplugging and re plugging?
Answer:
Connection drops or repeated reconnecting usually mean the pairing needs to be reset.
Model reference: NAVC-WD25-649 and NAVC-WD25N656.
Try the following:
Forget the dongle from your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi Fi settings.
Remove any saved CarPlay or Android Auto devices from the car menu.
Restart your phone and car head unit.
Pair again from the beginning.
If the issue continues, test with another supported phone.
If possible, also test the dongle in another CarPlay compatible car.
