Question: How do I set up the dongle in my vehicle?
Answer:
Start the vehicle and wait for infotainment to fully load.
Plug the dongle into the USB port used for wired CarPlay/Android Auto.
On your phone, enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi.
Find and pair with NAVC-WD25 in Bluetooth settings.
Accept prompts to allow CarPlay/Android Auto connection.
After setup, Bluetooth disconnects (CarPlay) or switches back (Android Auto) so calls and media continue normally.
The dongle will switch to Wi-Fi automatically for stable operation.
Note: The dongle uses Bluetooth to initiate pairing and then switches to Wi-Fi for continuous wireless operation. For CarPlay, the dongle disconnects its Bluetooth after setup so the vehicle’s Bluetooth can handle calls and media. For Android Auto, the vehicle’s Bluetooth reconnects automatically by default. Mobile data is required to access internet-based apps such as maps, voice assistants, music streaming and live updates.
