Follow these steps to resolve connection issues:

  1. Check Car Compatibility: Ensure your car only supports wired CarPlay. If it supports wireless CarPlay, you don’t need the dongle. If you’re looking for a new screen, check out our 7" or 10" CarPlay screens.

  2. USB Port Connection: Make sure the dongle is plugged into the car’s USB port where you normally connect your phone for wired CarPlay.

  3. Wireless CarPlay: If your car already supports wireless CarPlay, you do not need the dongle. However, the dongle is only necessary for vehicles that only support wired CarPlay but want to enable wireless CarPlay functionality.

  4. Re-enable Wireless CarPlay: If your car supports wireless CarPlay but it’s disabled, re-enable it through your car's settings.

  5. Bluetooth Connection: After pairing via Bluetooth, go to the CarPlay section in your settings, where the dongle should appear. Select it to complete the setup.
