- Issue with Sound in One Earphone:
- Ensure both earphones are fully charged.
- Re-sync the earphones by following the manual's instructions.
- Earphones Not Connecting to Device:
- Check that Bluetooth pairing mode is activated when you take earphones out of the case.
- Make sure the earphones are close to the device when trying to connect.
- If the earphones do not appear in the Bluetooth list, wait a minute for the list to update, then select 'AO-AB350TWS'.
- Audio Playback Issues:
- The earphones have a wireless range of up to 10 meters. Sound may be interrupted if you go beyond this range.
- Be cautious not to press the 'Touch Area' on the earphones accidentally, as it can cause audio to skip, pause, or stutter.
