Question: What should I do if my Laser Kids Bow Headphones will not pair by Bluetooth?

If the headphones will not pair by Bluetooth:

1. Keep the headphones next to your device during pairing.

2. Make sure the AUX cable is disconnected.

3. Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode.

4. If needed, turn the headphones off and on again to return to pairing mode.

5. If the headphones are already paired to another device, disconnect from that device first.

6. If HP-KBOW does not appear in the Bluetooth list, refresh or search again.

7. Wait up to 1 minute for the device name to appear.

For connection drops, stay within 10 m unobstructed and avoid interference from other devices. This applies to the Laser Kids Bow Design Wireless Headphones - Pink.
