EPS-PBTWW-085 Earbuds Troubleshooting: Sound and Connectivity

  1. If experiencing sound from only one earbud:
  1. Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
  2. Resync by placing both earbuds in the charging case, then remove to sync.


Troubleshooting connection issues:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is active on your device.
  2. Confirm the earbuds are not paired with another device.
  3. Stay within a 10m range of the device during connection.
