If there is no sound:
1. Check the volume level on the headphones.
2. Check the volume level on the connected device.
3. Check that the Bluetooth connection is active.
4. Reconnect the Bluetooth audio device.
5. If using AUX mode, check that the cable is connected to both the headphones and the device.
