            1. If sound is only from one earbud, ensure both are charged and synced.
            2. If earbuds won't connect, check your device's Bluetooth and refresh or wait 1-2 minutes.
            3. For sound issues like skipping, ensure you're within 10 meters of your device and not accidentally pressing the MFB.
