Pool Fountain Speaker FAQ - Water in the Charging Port

Question: What should I do if water gets into the USB-C charging port?

If water enters the USB-C charging port of the Laser Bluetooth Pool Speaker with Fountain:

1. Turn the speaker off and remove it from the water.

2. Do not plug in or unplug the charging cable while water is in the port.

3. Point the port down and gently shake out the water.

4. Let it air-dry in a well-ventilated place. Visually check that the speaker and port are completely dry before charging.

Do not rely on a fixed drying time as proof it is ready to charge. Never charge it while wet or in the water, and do not use it while charging.

If the silicone port cover is torn, loose or cannot close tightly, stop using the speaker. If water is visible inside the main body, stop using it and contact Laser support.
