You can connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Hotmail, Live and iCloud calendars to the Laser 15.6 Inch Digital Calendar with Touch Screen White through the Whale Framely app.

Important:

- Calendar syncing is done through the Whale Framely app on your phone, not on the calendar screen itself.

- Visitor accounts cannot use calendar sync.

To sync Google Calendar:

1. Open the Whale Framely app.

2. Tap User.

3. Tap Sync Calendar.

4. Tap Google Calendar.

5. Sign in with your Google account.

6. Select the calendars you want to sync.

7. Choose the sync direction.

8. Tap Done.

To sync Outlook, Hotmail or Live:

1. In the app, tap User > Sync Calendar > Outlook, Hotmail or Live.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Grant permission for the app to access your information.

4. Select the calendars you want to sync.

5. Choose the sync direction.

6. Tap Done.

To sync iCloud:

1. On your iPhone, turn on two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.

2. Create an app-specific password from your Apple ID account.

3. In the Whale Framely app, tap User > Sync Calendar > iCloud.

4. Enter your Apple ID and the app-specific password.

5. Choose which iCloud calendars to sync.

Important:

• Calendar accounts are added and managed through the Whale Framely app on your phone, not on the calendar screen itself.
• After a calendar is connected, tap the Refresh icon on the calendar display to check for the latest available calendar data.
• Google Calendar and Outlook changes normally appear shortly after they are made. iCloud changes may take 10 to 15 minutes to appear. Press the Refresh icon on the calendar display to get the latest updates sooner.
• Sync time may vary depending on the calendar service, internet connection and account settings.
• URL-based calendar syncing is supported for Gmail and Outlook. It is not supported for iCloud, Yahoo or other services that use the CalDAV protocol.
• Visitor accounts cannot use calendar sync.
