1. Press the power button if charging does not begin automatically.
2. Check that the cable is firmly connected to both the power bank and your device.
3. Try a different compatible charging cable.
4. Try another output port on the power bank.
5. If several devices are connected, disconnect the other devices and test one device at a time.
6. Check that the power bank has remaining battery charge.
