Try the following steps if the Laser 10000mAh Power Bank with Battery Display - Black is charging slowly:

1. Use a higher-rated wall charger that supports fast charging.
2. Check that the charging cable supports fast charging.
3. Try another compatible cable.
4. Charge the power bank in a normal room-temperature environment.
5. Disconnect devices being charged from the power bank while the power bank itself is recharging.
6. Place the power bank on a hard, flat and well-ventilated surface.

Charging connected devices while recharging the power bank may reduce charging speed.

For best results when recharging the power bank, use a 5V⎓2A or higher-rated adaptor through the USB-C input.
