Question: Why is the Laser Portable Monitor screen blank?

If the screen is blank on the Laser 15.6 Inch Portable Monitor with USB-C and HDMI, check the following:

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to power.
2. Check that the correct input source is selected: HDMI, Type-C1 or Type-C2.
3. Try a different cable.
4. Try a different power adapter.
5. Restart both the monitor and your connected device.

If you are using HDMI, remember that HDMI does not power the monitor. You still need USB-C power connected to the monitor.
