LSH-240WW10W - App Setup, Pairing, Wi-Fi Connection and Troubleshooting
This guide explains how to set up the LSH-240WW10W White Smart Light, connect it to the app, pair it using the supported Wi-Fi method, and fix common setup issues. It combines the key steps shown in the manual into one support article.

Before you start
Before pairing the light, make sure:
- you have installed the app
- you have registered or logged in
- your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
- Bluetooth is turned on if you are using the easy setup method
- if setting up multiple lights, connect one light at a time
Get the app
- Download the app using the QR code shown in the manual.
- Open the app.
- Register a new account or log in to your existing account.
Recommended app settings
To improve alerts and app performance:
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open App Notifications.
- Turn on notifications and related alert settings.
Important Wi-Fi requirement
This light supports:
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only
It does not support:
- 5GHz Wi-Fi
If the device is not found during setup, first check that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Method 1 - Bluetooth + Wi-Fi easy setup
Use this method first if available.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Connect the light to power.
- Open the app.
- Tap the add device button.
- When the light is found, tap Go to add.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Tap Next and wait for the device to be added.
- Tap Done when setup is complete.
Tips
- If you are setting up multiple lights, connect one at a time
- If the device is not found, check you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Method 2 - Wi-Fi pairing mode
Use this method if the light is not found automatically or if your batch requires it.
- Connect the light to power.
- If the light is not flashing, turn it ON and OFF 4 times to enter pairing mode.
- Open the app.
- Tap add device and select the light manually if needed.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Tap Next and wait for the device to be added.
- Tap Done when pairing finishes.
Important batch note
Devices with batch numbers 1902223 - 2002857 use Method 2 only.
For those batch numbers:
- if the light is not flashing, turn it ON and OFF 3 times instead.
If the light is blinking slowly and will not pair
The manual explains that a slowly blinking light may be in AP pairing mode.
Try this:
- On the app screen that says Reset the Device first, switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode
- If needed, stop pressing the pairing button
- Press and hold again to return the light to the fast blinking pairing mode
If the light is not connecting to the app
Check the following:
- your Wi-Fi username and password are correct
- you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only
- you are not trying to use a 5GHz network
- only one light is being connected at a time if multiple lights share the same switch
Using the light in the app
Once the light is connected, you can control it from the app.
The manual shows app controls for:
- light brightness
- colour / white controls
- schedules
- power on and off

How to remove the light from the app
To remove the light:
- Open the device in the app
- Open the settings screen
- Scroll down
- Tap Remove Device
Common troubleshooting
Device not found
- Check the phone is on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
- Turn on Bluetooth if using Method 1
- Connect only one light at a time
- Try Method 2 if easy setup does not find the device
Light not flashing
- Turn the light ON and OFF 4 times
- For batch numbers 1902223 - 2002857, turn it ON and OFF 3 times instead
Light blinking slowly
- The light may be in AP mode
- Switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode in the app if needed
- Re-enter fast blinking pairing mode if required
Will not connect to app
- Check Wi-Fi password
- Confirm you are not using 5GHz
- Retry with only one light powered on if multiple lights share the same switch
