Device not connecting to the app:
- Check your Wi-Fi username and password.
- Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
Light blinking slowly and will not pair:
- The light may be in AP pairing mode. Switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode in the app.
- Stop pressing the pairing button and press and hold again to enter fast blinking pairing mode.
