What should I do if the LSH-E27G80AMB Smart Light is not connecting to the app?
- Ensure your Wi-Fi username and password are correct and that you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- If the light is blinking slowly and will not pair, it might be in AP pairing mode. You can pair the light in AP Mode by switching from EZ Mode to AP Mode on the “Reset the Device first” screen in the app.
- If the light is not flashing, turn it ON/OFF four times to enter pairing mode.
