Question: What should I do if my Laser EQ Headphones aren’t working?

Answer:

Won’t turn on: Charge the battery
No sound:
- Check volume on headphones and your device
- Ensure Bluetooth or AUX is connected
Bluetooth won’t pair:
- Keep headphones close to your device
- Ensure AUX cable is disconnected
- Restart headphones
- Refresh Bluetooth device list and try again
