Question: What should I do if my Laser EQ Headphones aren’t working properly?

Answer:

Headphones won’t turn on: Charge the battery.
No sound:
- Check volume on both device and headphones.
- Confirm Bluetooth or AUX connection.
Bluetooth not pairing:
- Keep headphones near the device.
- Ensure the AUX cable is unplugged.
- Restart headphones and retry pairing.
- Make sure headphones are in pairing mode (red and blue lights).
- Refresh your Bluetooth device list.
