PCO-2PKLB-528: Installing the SymphonyLight App

Question: How can I install the SymphonyLight app for SKU PCO-2PKLB-528 on my Android phone?

Answer: Currently, the SymphonyLight app is not available on the Google Play Store. You can download and install the app using the APK file provided. Follow these steps:

1. Download the APK File:

   • Download the SymphonyLight_v1.1.7.apk file below.

2. Enable Unknown Sources:

   • Go to your device’s Settings.
   • Select Security (or Privacy on some devices).
   • Enable Unknown Sources. This allows you to install apps from sources other than the Google Play Store.

3. Transfer the APK File:

   • If you downloaded the APK file on your computer, transfer it to your Android device using a USB cable or through a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive).

4. Locate the APK File:

   • Open your device’s File Manager.
   • Find the SymphonyLight_v1.1.7.apk file in the folder where you saved or transferred it.
