AO-AB250TWS: Resolving Common Earbud Issues

  • If sound is only coming from one earbud, ensure both are charged and synced. Follow the re-syncing instructions if needed.
  • If the earbuds are not connecting, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the earbuds are in pairing mode, and no other device is connected.
  • For audio skipping or stuttering, ensure you're within the 10-meter range and not accidentally pressing the multifunction button.
