How to Add and Manage Events on the Laser Digital Calendar

This guide explains how to add, view, edit, delete and filter events on the Laser 15.6 Inch Digital Calendar with Touch Screen, model AO-156TDC-544.

Events can be used for appointments, school activities, work schedules, sport, birthdays, family plans and other important dates.

How to add an event

1. Tap Calendar in the navigation bar.
2. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
3. Enter the event title.
4. Select the required date and time.
5. Complete the other relevant event details.
6. Select the appropriate family member or calendar where required.
7. Review the information and tap Add.

The event should now appear in the selected calendar view.

How to view an event

1. Open Calendar.
2. Find the event in the relevant calendar view.
3. Tap the event to open its details.

The displayed information can include the event title, time, description and other saved details.

How to edit an event

1. Open Calendar.
2. Tap the event you want to change.
3. Tap Edit.
4. Update the required information.
5. Save the changes.

Allow time for the updated event to synchronise with connected devices and calendar services.

How to delete an event

1. Open Calendar.
2. Tap the event you want to remove.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

How to filter calendar events

Use the Filter option in Calendar to control which events are displayed.

Depending on the connected calendars and profiles, you can filter events by:

• Family member
• Event category
• Connected or synchronised calendar

If an event appears to be missing, check that the current filter is not hiding it.

If an event is not appearing

• Check that the event was saved successfully.
• Confirm that the correct date and time were selected.
• Check that the event was assigned to the intended family member or calendar.
• Check the active Calendar filters.
• Confirm that the digital calendar is connected to Wi-Fi.
• Confirm that the connected phone has an internet connection.
• Pull down on the calendar view to refresh it.
• Allow time for connected calendar services to synchronise.
