If the Laser Kids Play Phone with Camera and MP3 Playback - Purple stops responding and cannot be turned off, press and hold the RESET button for a few seconds to restart the camera.
If the camera turns off by itself, turn it on again. The device automatically turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity to save battery power. You can disable this in the settings if you prefer.
If the device does not turn on, charge it fully before trying again.
