If the Laser Kids Play Phone with Camera and MP3 Playback - Purple will not save photos or videos, check the microSD card first.

Try these steps:

1. Check that a microSD card is inserted.

2. Make sure the microSD card is formatted in FAT32.

3. If needed, format the card using the Format option in the camera menu.

4. Try taking a new photo or recording a short video again.

The camera needs a microSD card to store photos and videos. Without a working microSD card, files may not save.
