If the Laser Multi-Region DVD Player with HDMI / Composite / USB has no sound:

1. Check that the television or amplifier volume is turned up.
2. Confirm that the correct television or amplifier input is selected.
3. For analogue audio, check that the RCA audio cables are connected to the matching inputs.
4. Make sure the cable colours and channel labels match correctly.
5. If the disc uses an unsupported DTS-only audio track, select another available audio language or stereo audio track.
 6. Try another compatible disc to determine whether the issue is limited to one disc.

HDMI audio output supports stereo sound only.
