Question: Why is there no sound from the Laser Portable Cassette Player?

If there is no sound from the Laser Portable Cassette Player with Bluetooth - Black, try these checks:

1. Turn the volume dial up.

2. If using headphones, check that the headphone plug is fully connected.

3. If headphones are not connected, the built-in speaker should play the sound.

4. Check that the cassette tape is inserted correctly.

5. Press Play again.

If the sound is distorted:

- Clean the tape head.

- Replace the batteries if they are low.
