Question: Why will my cassette tape not play in the Laser Portable Cassette Player?

If the tape does not play on the Laser Portable Cassette Player with Bluetooth - Black, check the following:

1. Remove and reinsert the cassette.

2. Make sure the tape is inserted correctly.

3. If the tape is at the end of one side, remove the tape, turn it over and reinsert it.

4. Press Play again.

For better playback:

- Avoid using 120 minute C-120 tapes, as these are thinner and may jam more easily.

- If the cassette tape becomes loose, tighten it using a pencil in the reel hub.
