Question: Why does music stop while swimming on my Laser Bone Conduction Sports Headphones?

Answer:

Model reference: EP-BCX8BK-882

Applies to: EP-BCX8BK-882

If your SKU differs, search our support page by your Model SKU to find the correct article.

If music stops while swimming, switch the Laser IPX8 Bone Conduction Bluetooth Earphone - Black to MP3 mode.

Bluetooth does not work well underwater, so music streamed from a phone or device may stop or lose connection while swimming.

For swimming:

1. Add supported music files to the headphones from a computer.

2. Double-press the Power button to switch to MP3 mode.

3. Play music directly from the headphones instead of using Bluetooth.

The headphones are suitable for swimming in MP3 mode within the supplied water-use limits.
