Question: What should I do if there is no sound or the speaker will not reconnect?

If there is no sound from the Laser Mini RGB Karaoke Speaker with 2 Wireless Microphone - Blue and Pink variants:

  1. Check the volume on both the speaker and your device.
  2. Make sure the Bluetooth connection is active.
  3. Make sure the microphone is paired with the speaker.

If your device is not reconnecting:

  1. Check that the speaker is not already paired with another device.
  2. Delete SP-KA30 from your device’s list of paired Bluetooth devices.
  3. If available, select Forget for the speaker’s pairing code.
  4. Turn the speaker off, then on again.
  5. Reconnect by selecting SP-KA30 from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

If the speaker has no power, charge the battery.
