Question: My device or wireless charging is not working. How can I fix this?
Answer:
Try the following steps:

  • Use a compatible cable and correct output port.

  • Check the LCD for output power.

  • Reduce load if total output exceeds limits.

  • For wireless charging, remove phone cases and reposition the device.

  • If the display flashes, disconnect all devices, wait 10 seconds, then restart.

These steps apply to the NRGVault 150W Portable Power Station Black.
