            Question: Why is my console not producing sound or the screen is blank?

            Answer:

            • Ensure the battery is charged.

            • Check the volume level in Settings.

            • Restart the console by holding Power for 6 seconds.

            • If screen stays blank, reset using Menu + Select + Power.
