Question: Why might I have audio input or output issues?

Answer:

  • Make sure the phone isn’t connected to another Bluetooth device.

  • Disconnect or turn off nearby Bluetooth devices.

  • Confirm your phone is connected to the car’s Bluetooth for calls and audio.

  • Check audio settings on the infotainment system during calls.
