  • Disconnect Bluetooth on other nearby devices.

  • Confirm your phone is paired with your car’s Bluetooth for calls and media.

  • Check your phone’s audio output settings.

  • The Navig8r Micro Wireless Dongle for CarPlay and Android Auto relies on your car’s Bluetooth for sound once connected.
