Learn how to solve common Bluetooth and phone pairing issues with the NAVC-10CP-235 screen.

Question: What should I do if my phone won’t pair with the NAVC-10CP-235?
Answer:

  • Confirm your phone supports wireless CarPlay or Android Auto.
  • Make sure the phone's OS and Android Auto app are up to date.
  • Move your phone closer to the screen for better reception.
  • Ensure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on. If Wi-Fi is off, the phone will connect as a Bluetooth-only device.
  • If the screen's Bluetooth name doesn’t appear, refresh your phone's Bluetooth list. It may take up to a minute to show.
  • If two dots appear next to the Bluetooth icon on the screen, it indicates the system is already connected to another device. Disconnect that device to pair a new one.
  • Check if your phone is connected to a smartwatch or other Bluetooth devices. Disconnect these before pairing.
  • Restart both the phone and the CarPlay screen if necessary.
