Question: What should I do if the NAVC-WDCP-099 Wireless Dongle isn’t connecting properly?
Answer:

  • Bluetooth Reconnection: If the connection drops, manually reconnect via Bluetooth settings.
  • Wi-Fi Limitation: Ensure no other Wi-Fi networks are connected as the dongle requires Wi-Fi.
  • Android Auto Issues:
    • Ensure Android Auto is up to date from the Google Play Store.
    • Clear Bluetooth cache if issues persist.
    • Restart the adapter and reconnect the phone.
