Question: How do I troubleshoot common issues with the VF-M4BLK-979 V-Fitness Smartwatch?

Answer:

  • Cannot Connect to Watch: Pair the watch using the Da Fit app, not through the phone’s Bluetooth settings. Update the Da Fit app to the latest version.
  • No Messages or Call Reminders: Ensure the Da Fit app has all necessary permissions. Enable notification options in the app.
  • Battery Drains Quickly: Disable features like Wrist Raise, Media Audio, enable DND Mode, lower screen brightness, and adjust vibration settings to save battery.
  • Bluetooth Disconnects Frequently:
    • The maximum Bluetooth range is 10m but we recommend keeping the phone and watch within 7m for a stronger signal.
    • Shielding between the watch and phone, other devices and metal jewellery can affect the connection.
    • Test if your phone's Bluetooth works normally with other devices.
