- It means the device can't connect to our server. This could happen if your internet is down, the connection between your camera and our server is weak, or your camera is too far from your Wi-Fi router.
- Usually, the device will reconnect when your internet is back. If it stays offline, try:
• Turning it off for 10 seconds, then back on.
• Checking your internet connection and try restarting your Wi-Fi router if needed.
