If your Smart Treat Dispenser is not connecting to the app:

  • Check that your Wi-Fi username and password are correct.
  • Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as the 5GHz band is not supported.
  • If problems persist, switch to AP Mode by holding the “Setup & Manual Treat Button” until the light flashes green slowly, then follow the app instructions for AP Mode setup.
