If the Tech4Pets 2L Smart Water Fountain is not connecting to the app:
- Activate the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Ensure the fountain's indicator light is fast-flashing blue. If not, press and hold the Reset Button for 10 seconds.
- Connect only to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
- Verify the Wi-Fi password is correct by testing it with another device.
