  1. If "HPS-KBTENC" doesn't appear in Bluetooth settings, refresh the list or wait up to 1 minute.
  2. For no power, check the battery level, use a USB wall adapter to charge, or leave charging overnight.
  3. Ensure headphones are in Bluetooth mode and not connected to another device when pairing to a new one.
