- Unplug the mouse and reconnect it to the USB port.
- Use a different USB port on your computer.
- Check for any lights on the mouse to confirm it's receiving power.
- If the mouse works but the lights are off, press the LED switch on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the lighting modes.
